TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WIN A DAY ON THE EDGE

Competition open to residents of UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of HVCA and their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

Competition period: July 2008 to February 2009.

HVCA membership is not necessary.

One prize winner will be selected on September 22nd 2008, another on November 24th 2008, another on February 23rd 2009.

Winners will be chosen at random.
Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost as a result of computer hardware, software, or email failure.

No cash alternative. Only one prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

Winners will be informed by email.

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted any be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

Winners’ names will be listed on the HVCA Business Plus website.
