Welplan Ltd is the administrator and trustee of H&V Pensions, a company pension scheme established in 1988 to meet the particular requirements of the building services industry.

The scheme is:

• Easy to understand and administer, with employers and members supported by a dedicated team of expert staff

• Flexible, to fit employers’ differing ways of working and staff retention strategies. At retirement, members enjoy a free Open Market Option service, to help best meet their individual retirement needs

• Cost effective, as employees benefit from significant tax concessions on contributions. There are no individual membership charges and no commissions to agents or brokers. Administration costs are covered by annual charges against the pension fund as a whole. These are kept competitive, currently a maximum of 1%

• Safe, as investments are held with Legal & General and controlled by the Trustees, not by an individual employer.
